In my opinion, there are several factors that distinguish human animals from non-human animals, the most apparent being human animals' ability to communicate and think on a complex level. Though it is true that non-human animals possess the ability to connect and communicate with each other, these animals cannot portray emotion and intellect on the same level as human animals. Non-human animals cannot write novels or create artwork, at least not intentionally. Non-human animals do not seek the entertainment or accomplishment that drives human-animals to do such things.
