Man on Wire notes

-Philippe got the idea for walking the wire between the WTC from a magazine in the dentist's office before the WTC were even built.
-He had also conquered the cathedral of Notre Dame
-He also went to Australia and tight rope walked across a bridge
-They got in contact with a man named Greenhouse he was their "inside man" to the WTC
-He once used crutches from when he stepped on a nail to sneak into the WTC without having an ID card or other proper information.
-They added Mark "The Australian" to their team from the bridge job
-Jean Louis came up with the idea to shoot an arrow with fishing line tied to the end of it across to the other tower. They would then pull the fishing line which would turn into a rope and then eventually the cable used for the tight rope
-Philippe described this like a bank robbery and watched a lot of bank heist films to get prepared for the WTC
-When it came time to set up the wire they ended up dropping it a few meters down and had to pull it up for a while
-a quote someone said but i forget who, "... something no one would ever see again ..."
-Even after he was taken away by the police they decided to drop the charges
