Human/Non-Human Animals
In my opinion there are numerous things to distinguish between humans from non-human animals. We share more things in common than differences such as hear, smell, taste, feel, and sight. However we do share some dissimilarities as well including one obvious difference and that is the fact humans are more likely to know the consequences of their actions. Non- human animals act more on instinct and do not think about the consequences because they do know whether it is right or wrong so therefore they cannot be held accountable for their actions. Another difference between the two is that animals are able to work together better than humans in groups however humans use a factor which animals do not possess and that is 'common sense'. I believe the reasons why humans have a more dominant role in society is because they have better moral and ethical choices than animals.
